Vendor-agnostic identity & intelligence

Youragentsarealreadyacting.Decide what they may do.

Vaii is the control plane between any AI agent and any consequential action. One policy, one audit trail, across every vendor you run — and nothing to rip out when you switch.

The chokepoint

Governance that sits beside your agents, not on your data.

Agents call Vaii before they act. Vaii applies your policy and returns a decision — allow, deny, or ask a human. The action itself runs wherever it already ran, with the credentials it already had.

01

Every agent gets an identity

Not a shared API key. Each agent — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, your own — acts under its own principal, with its own scopes, revocable on its own.

02

Consequential actions ask first

Deploys, migrations, payments, outbound mail. Policy decides: allow, deny, or route to a human. Approvals reach whichever surface you're nearest.

03

A record that answers questions

Which agent did that, under whose authority, and why. Signed, exportable, and specific enough to settle an argument.

04

Silence means safe

You don't read logs. Vaii watches for the patterns that matter — a new agent, an unfamiliar capability, a spike — and speaks up only then.

Vaii doesn’t sit on top of your data. It sits beside your agents and decides what they’re allowed to do.

Run it in your own VPC — docker compose up is Postgres and the API. No vendor accounts required, and no AI vendor at all for policy, approvals or audit.
